Terms of Service

01Who can use SukanLabs

You must be at least 12 years old. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you and is responsible for your use of the service.

02Your account

• Give accurate details, and keep them up to date.
• Keep your login private. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• One person, one account. Do not impersonate anyone.

03Games and bookings

• Games are organised by SukanLabs or by organisers using SukanLabs, at third-party venues. The game page shows the price, format, rules and cancellation policy.
• A place is confirmed only once payment is confirmed — straight away for wallet credit and online payments, or once we have checked your receipt for a QR transfer. Prices are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and include any platform fee shown at checkout.
• Refunds follow the cancellation policy shown on each game and are credited to your SukanLabs wallet, whichever way you paid. If a game is cancelled by the organiser, the full amount is credited to your wallet.
• Turn up on time. Repeated no-shows may lead to restrictions on your account.

04Payments

You can pay in three ways:

• Wallet credit — deducted from your SukanLabs wallet straight away. Your balance must cover the full amount.
• Online payment — processed by our payment provider, CHIP. We never receive your card or online banking details.
• DuitNow QR transfer — you transfer the exact amount shown, with the reference shown, to our QR and upload a screenshot of the successful transfer. Your place (or credit) is confirmed only after we have checked that the money arrived. While we check, your slot is held for you.

05QR transfers and receipts

• Upload only a genuine receipt for a transfer you actually made. If we cannot match your receipt to a transfer, we will reject it and release any slot held for you.
• If you transferred the money but your receipt was rejected, contact us with the receipt and we will look into it.
• Submitting a false or edited receipt is fraud. We will close the account and may report it to the authorities.
• If a payment fails or is reversed, your registration may be cancelled.

06Wallet credit

• Your wallet holds credit from reloads you make (by online payment or QR transfer, between RM10 and RM1,000 each time) and from refunds.
• Credit can only be used to pay for games and services on SukanLabs. It is prepaid credit, not a bank deposit or e-money, and earns no interest.
• Credit cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to another player, except where the law requires it. It does not expire while your account is open.
• If you want to close your account with credit remaining, contact us first and we will refund the remaining balance to a bank account in your name.
• We may correct your balance if credit was added by mistake, or if a reload payment is reversed.

07Teams

Team owners and managers are responsible for their team’s details, members and registrations. Ownership can be transferred but a team always has exactly one owner.

08Fair play and conduct

• Respect other players, organisers, referees and venue staff.
• No harassment, hate speech, threats, cheating or deliberately dangerous play.
• Do not submit false results or try to manipulate statistics or rankings.
• Do not misuse the service, including by scraping, spamming or attempting to break its security.

09Your content

You keep ownership of photos, videos and text you upload. You give SukanLabs permission to display them within the service. Only upload content you have the right to share, and do not upload anything that shows others in a way they have not agreed to.

10Health and safety

Futsal is a physical sport and carries a risk of injury. You take part at your own risk and should only play if you are fit to do so. Venues are operated by third parties, and their rules apply while you are there. To the extent the law allows, SukanLabs is not liable for injury, loss or damage that happens during a game.

11Rankings and statistics

Rankings, badges and statistics are calculated from recorded results using published rules. We may correct them if a result is wrong or a match is voided.

12Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can close your account at any time.

13Liability

We work to keep SukanLabs available and accurate but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 that cannot be excluded.

14Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we will let you know in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
